on the second day of February

Assalamualaikum semua.

Hai.

Guess what guys... today, I managed to spend 30minutes at the gym!. Alhamdulillah. 30 minutes are more than enough for a beginner like me. Thanks to my colleague, who dearly help me familiarize with the gym stuffs. Hehe. I did 25minutes for cycling and 5 minutes on that I dont know what it call thing. Seriously, my heart beats raised till 175! Ohemji. Then I decided to stop and take a rest. Lets take it easy for your first day yer nana. Long way to go. Please istiqamah. You can do it nana. For tomorrow session, you better do it for 35 minutes. InshaaAllah.
